Limiting Beliefs

1. I'm too old.

2. I'm not smart enough.

3. I'm not educated enough.

4. I'm afraid of trying and failing.

5. You have to have money to make money.

6. I've already tried everything.

7. It's selfish of me to want more. 

8. I don't feel that I really deserve it.

9. I don't have the will power.

10. All the good ones are taken.


There is usually one main Self-Limiting Belief that a silently sabotages us in life.

The sneaky thing about Self-Limiting Beliefs is that they usually affect you on a subconscious level. 


Positive affirmations are anything you say or think. A lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative and does not create good experiences for us. We have to retrain our thinking and speaking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives.






 

I'm not good enough.

This voice that I hear in  my head says that I'm not enough, that I'm not good enough. It makes me hurt to think this. I feel so alone and sad. I have been hearing this old voice for so long. What if it is just an old memory replaying continuously in my head? What if it is just an imaginary thought. What if it is not true? What if it has never been true and I have allowed it to continually hurt me? May it felt true because I have been listening to it for so long. Maybe it's all a lie, an illusion, a misconception. What if it isn't true? What if I'm really good enough, deserving enough to accept all the beauty and perfect health, and abundance and real loving relationships? I don't have to listen to this voice. I can talk back! 


Hey there, mean voice, your lying and I'm not listening to you any more! I AM ENOUGH! Wherever I learned this doesn't matter. It's time to let it go!! It's time to feel safe being enough, just as I am. I can say that I Am Good Enough! I deserve love, success, and happiness! I deserve to live my dreams! I am enough for all of that and more! I am worthy! I am enough!


When you heard this voice saying that you are not enough, what other emotions, memories, or ideas did you hear or feel or notice? Write this down. Quieting this voice can change every aspect of your life. Have fun with it. Talk to that voice, make fun of it,  yell at it, refuse it, whatever it takes to release the emotions it creates. This is an old pattern, acknowledge it, release it, and watch your life change.
